HOW TO SHOP
We've tried to make the shopping experience at HOTDOT.co.za as simple as possible. Here's how you can shop our online store:

1 . Browse
Browse our range of Hair product links from the menu by selecting a collection from the main menu, then select from the product which you are interested in. You can filter by type of product, finish, colour, or inlay to see your selection. 

2 . Add to Cart
Select the hair product you like, and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. 

3 . Proceed to Checkout
Once you are ready to place your order, simply click ‘Cart’ (top right), make sure your order in your cart is correct, and then click 'Proceed to Checkout'. 

4 . Place Your Order
Fill in some of your information so that we know your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address. 

Select your payment option. You can pay by Bank Transfer (EFT), or use Payfast to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobicred, or Bitcoin. 

Click ‘Place Order” and follow the appropriate payment prompts.

5 . Thank you for your Order
Your order will be delivered via your chosen delivery method. We deliver anywhere in SA, using one of SA's most reliable couriers. Our couriers will email you updates on your delivery as they are ready.

Do I need to Create an Account in order to buy something?
No. You can make a purchase without creating an account.
