How is payment scheduled?
First payment needs to be 35% of the total product/hair you have requested. (Once that payment is done and you want to cancel please note the deposit is non-refundable) Plan well then order.
Maximum 3 installment (3 months) payments allowed. Proof of payment must be sent to us after each payment is done. Use the reference number provided by us when making a payment. ( On the deposit slip please write your name& surname with a pen and capture the deposit and send it to us via whatsapp). Or Use the reference number provided by us to you then email me proof of payment to info@hotdot.co.za
